About Me

I’m a UX practitioner with four years of experience and a decade-long background in finance as a former accountant. I began my UX career with a stronger focus on UI design, gradually gravitating towards research as I became more interested in influencing product further up the design chain.

One of my proudest achievement was establishing the first design research function within a Singapore Fintech company despite limited resources.

I learnt how to manage different stakeholder needs though my work experience with organisations of various sizes - from start-ups to multinationals.

Outside of work, I am a volunteer charity accountant and church piano player. I speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and I'm hoping to pick up some Spanish as well (thanks Duolingo!).
